Mental Performance Coaching.

I work with high-performing high school athletes and college student-athletes, helping them develop mental and emotional strength by learning and practicing mental performance and emotional regulation skills in their life and in their sport.

My work with coaches and sports teams:

I provide consulting services to coaches and their student-athletes. My work with the team includes providing consultation regarding team building and cohesion, athlete mental health, and mental performance optimization. I facilitate team building sessions that improve team cohesion and create a more positive team dynamic.

My work with individual athletes:

I provide one-on-one sessions with athletes, meeting individually to develop personalized plans to address specific concerns and areas of growth as it relates to mental and emotional regulation skills. These include but are not limited to: reducing performance anxiety, managing the pressure of competing, finding discipline and motivation, building resilience, and overcoming challenges. I also help athletes cope with injuries, rehabilitation, and returning (or retiring) from their sport.
